Teams will be placed in brackets based on their history in leagues and tournaments. Every effort will be made to create competitive brackets with teams that you would normally not see throughout your regular league seasons.

The Tournament Director will schedule the tournament. Special scheduling requests (coaches with two teams, etc.) will be considered if the requests do not jeopardize the integrity and competitive spirit of the tournament. All teams should be ready to play by 9am on Friday, but requests for late starts on Friday will be considered for teams staying in partner hotels so that travel teams can save the Thursday night stay. However, these requests cannot affect the integrity and competitive spirit of the tournament. Please contact Mike Morris (503-317-7576) if there are any questions.

Schedules will be available on the website around June 15th and will be available on the schedules link to the left. We encourage everyone (coaches, managers, players, parents) to register their cell phone number &/or email address with the notification system that is part of the scheduling software. This system will send scores and any game change information to all registered users. Scores will be sent immediately after being posted; typically 45 minutes after each game.
