Teams will be required to book all hotel rooms through our Personal Travel Coordinator. Valorie will assist the team's lodging coordinator to find the best hotel for the team. We do require teams in hotels to stay at partner hotels since we have arranged for hotels to hold blocks of rooms at pre-determined prices. This is done so that we can make sure there are enough hotel rooms in Salem, keeping your driving to the fields at a minimum. Of course, your families are more than welcome to stay with friends & family and at local campgrounds and RV Parks.

Valorie has personally toured every hotel, met with hotel management and will guide you through the hotel reservation process so that you can focus on other important stuff. She will help you choose a hotel that has all the amenities your families are looking for so there are no surprises when you check-in. Please contact Valorie (503-740-6734) once you have decided to attend the Capital Cup Soccer Tournament to begin the reservation process.

Hotels will charge their own rates and all rates are subject to the applicable lodging taxes. Team rep will complete the 'Booking Information' in order to put rooms in your team's name. Once the hotel has been chosen you will need to complete the 'Rooming List' form so that the hotel can begin collecting charge card numbers from your families.

While all hotels will have their own cancellation policies, we do know that NO cancellations will be allowed after the hotel's cut-off date. Unless arranged prior to the cut-off date, families will not be able to check-out of the hotel on Saturday. Please make sure all of your families are aware of the hotel policies so there is no confusion while at the tournament.
